Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by Joel Frank, trading as VMSky ("VMSky", "we", "us"), through this website and the customer panel. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

You need a valid email address to register. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity that happens under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

We provide virtual and dedicated servers with the resources described at the time of your order. We aim for a monthly availability of 99.5%. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.

• Services are prepaid from your account balance for the chosen period (e.g. 30 days).
• Top-ups include 19% VAT: your balance is credited with the amount you pay minus the VAT (for example, €10.00 paid = €8.40 balance). The VAT is shown on the deposit receipt. Crypto top-ups are credited in full.
• Top-ups are final: your balance is not refunded or paid out, unless required by law (see the Refund Policy).
• Renewals are charged to your balance. If a service is not renewed, it is suspended when it expires.
• Data of expired services may be permanently deleted 7 days after expiry.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Serious or repeated violations can lead to suspension or termination of your services.

You can stop renewing a service at any time. We may terminate services immediately if you seriously breach these terms, for example through illegal activity or attacks on third parties.

You are responsible for backing up your own data. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the last 12 months, except in cases of intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.

We will inform you by email at least 30 days before changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
