Acceptable Use Policy

Our servers may only be used for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content and traffic on your servers, including what your own users do.

• Content involving the sexual abuse of children. We report such content to the authorities without exception.
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email.
• Phishing, malware, botnets or command-and-control servers.
• Attacks on other systems, including DDoS attacks, port scans and brute-force attempts.
• Distributing content that infringes copyrights or other third-party rights.
• Running open proxies or mail relays that can be abused by others.
• Mining cryptocurrencies, for example with XMRig or similar mining software.

If we become aware of a violation, we may suspend the affected service immediately to protect our network and other customers. Repeated or serious violations lead to termination without refund.

Our systems automatically check the running processes and the files of our servers for known crypto mining software. If they find it, the server is stopped and locked until a staff member has reviewed it.
