Most servers are online within 60 seconds of your order. Your login details show up in the client area as soon as the server is ready.
You top up your balance by card, Klarna, PayPal, bank transfer or paysafecard, or with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Solana. Servers are then paid from that balance.
Yes. Every account with two-factor authentication can request one free test server with 2 cores, 4 GB RAM and 50 GB storage for 2 hours. Our team reviews each request before the server starts, and it is deleted with all of its data afterwards.
Yes. Every VPS includes permanent Layer 4 DDoS protection at no extra cost, so attack traffic is filtered before it reaches you.
Ubuntu 24.04, Ubuntu 22.04, Debian 13, Windows Server 2022 and Windows Server 2025. You can reinstall a different system from the control panel at any time and keep your IP address.
No. An email address is all you need to create an account. We never ask for ID documents or other personal paperwork.
