Refund Policy
What happens to your money when an order fails, and why top-ups are final.
1.Failed orders
If a server cannot be set up after you ordered it, the full amount is automatically credited back to your balance.
2.Active services
Servers are set up immediately at your request. Periods that have already started are not refunded, unless required by law.
3.Account balance
Top-ups are final. Balance on your account is not refunded or paid out, unless required by law. You can use it for all of our services.
